Permission numbers will not be issued until your scheduled registration date is opened. Please do not request before that time. The add codes will be emailed within 48 hours during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

To obtain a permission number/add code for ARTH 4000 Good Looking or an Art History Seminar (ARTH 4985, 4X90, or 4X95), please contact the instructor of the class you wish to register for.
Qualified individuals who want to take advantage of House Bill 60 for Seniors need to visit this website for registration instructions and receive permission from the instructor. For questions regarding HB60 registration, contact Continuing Education (801-581-7155) Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
