Join us for an exciting hands-on workshop led by visiting artist Professor Kristian Bjørnard, where creativity meets questions of copyright and the public domain! Using newly-public Steamboat Willie imagery and classic folk tales, you’ll create your own artistic 16-page zine through collage techniques. Channel your inner storyteller as you reimagine timeless narratives using the original Mickey Mouse as your protagonist, mixing vintage visuals with fresh perspectives. At the end, we’ll combine everyone’s unique zines into a collaborative publication shared under Creative Commons — turning yesterday’s copyrighted content into tomorrow’s creative inspiration!
