Juried Student Exhibition 2025 – Art Drop-Off

December 2, 2024 - December 3, 2024

Students interested in submitting work for the 2025 Juried Student Exhibition must drop off their work on December 2nd and 3rd between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM in the Gittins Gallery.

Guidelines:

  • Current enrolled Studio Art Majors/Minors can apply (this includes all emphasis areas, Graphic Design and Art Teaching Majors).
  • Application must be completed before bringing work to the gallery – online applications will open on the 2nd – watch your emails for instructions.
  • Up to 3 pieces per student can be submitted.
  • 3D, 2D, and video pieces will be accepted.
  • All pieces must be dried, assembled, and/or ready to hang (2D pieces need to be wired or able to be hung and framed) before bringing them to the gallery. We will not be providing wires or have time to assemble the pieces.
  • Pieces can be dropped off in the Gittins Gallery on Dec 2nd & 3rd from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or the 4th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Any pieces arriving after this time will not be accepted – no exceptions.
  • You will be notified before Jan 6th if your pieces have been accepted or not via your UMAIL account.
  • If your work is not selected, you must pick it up from the gallery on Jan 6th – from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you are not available, please make arrangements to have it picked up – we cannot store any unaccepted pieces.
  • The juror will be announced closer to the opening.
