Community Arts Research & Education
Our Program
About
The Community Arts Research & Education (CARE) program, housed within the Department of Art & Art History at the University of Utah, increases the accessibility of arts programming and campus visits for local communities of all ages. The program offers opportunities for university students to gain professional education experience and facilitates relationships across and outside of the university, integrating the Department of Art & Art History in our larger Salt Lake community.
This program is generously funded by Dr. Anne Osborn. Current university and community partners include the University of Utah Parkinson's Foundation Center of Excellence, Nielsen Rehabilitation Hospital, UNP Hartland Partnership Center, the INN Between, Youth Education at the U, and Imagine U Day with University of Utah Health.
