Assistant Professor Jaclyn Wright has an image from her series High Visibility (Blaze Orange) included in Matte Magazine’s Exciting Photography Now!, a 480-page survey of current American photography edited by Eve Lyons and Matthew Leifheit. The publication was released at the International Center for Photography in December 2023.
Wright was selected as one of twenty artists for the Foam Talent 2024-25. This year’s exhibition features a remarkably diverse pool of talent from 106 countries. The 2,480 submissions, which include 4,960 projects and 47,054 images, showcase a broad spectrum of artistic focus and creative ingenuity. Her work will be included in an exhibition at Foam Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and it will be featured in Foam Magazine #65 in February 2024.
Wright also has a solo exhibition, High Visibility (Blaze Orange), scheduled to open May 3rd at Filter Space in Chicago, IL.
