Department policy states that if you do not show up for the first class sessions at the beginning of the Semester, the instructor is permitted to assign your seat to another student. You will still need to drop the course officially via the web or phone registration system.

You may want to review University registration policies. Art and art history instructors may sign green late add forms (after the drop deadline), but the department is unable to approve yellow late add forms. Please ensure you are registered for the class you are attending.

The University of Utah seeks to provide equal access to its programs, services and activities for people with disabilities. If you will need accommodations in the class, reasonable prior notice needs to be given to the Center for Disability Services, 162 Union Building, 581-5020 (V/TDD). CDS will work with you and the instructor to make arrangements for accommodations.

All written information in the course can be made available in alternative format with prior notification to the Center for Disability Services.
