BFA Senior Student Exhibition The BFA Senior Student Exhibition is a capstone event for graduating senior art majors. Students from the Senior Art Association work together with a faculty advisor to organize the exhibition. Traditionally the exhibition takes place at the end of the Spring Semester. In recent years students written successful proposals to the Fine Arts Fees Committee to engage a curator to choose a strong showing of work from the entries. As a member of the student group organizing the exhibition, you would have the experience of renting a gallery space for the exhibition, designing a poster and announcement card, and organizing the opening reception. Having the exhibition in a professional, off-campus venue is a transitional experience for participants and allows the surrounding community a chance to see the work of emerging artists.
